Return and Exchange Policy
1. Shipping Tracking Information: After the goods are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. Please provide your e-mail address for your delivery status of your pkg. Delivery Time: The orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods have shipped, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online. It normally takes 3 to 7 business days to receive your pkg. Your satisfaction is what we strive for.
2. Return Policy Notes ---- All returns must be completed within 5 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be confirmed with us prior to shipping and must include: ITEM, SIZE and COLOUR. If item received is damaged or defected please take photos of the item and send us pictures first. We will take full responsibility for the quality problem item. --- If you would like to exchange for other style or request refund, please submit the tracking number to us via email so we can track your pkg. Once we receive the items, we will ship your new item ordered or refund your payment. ---- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. ---- If you have any questions about returning your products, please contact us! Refunds are granted once merchandise has arrived in our warehouse and inspected.
No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
2) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured. If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have treated it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance.
